Job Responsibilities:

issues

<!--[endif]-->Develop and execute comprehensive test
plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software
applications.
- Identify, document, and track
software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with the
development team to resolve them.
- Conduct thorough regression
testing to validate software functionality and performance after
modifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to define project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in design and code
reviews to provide input on potential quality issues.
- Stay updated on industry best
practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance and software
testing.
- Contribute to the continuous
improvement of QA processes and methodologies within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of
professional QA Engineering experience.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in
computer science & engineering.
- Proven experience working as a QA
Engineer or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of software
development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing clear,
concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience with test automation
frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and
collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
effectively.
- Knowledge of a computer
programming language preferred

Salary Range: Up to 35000 BDT
Additional Requirements
- Must have a good understanding of
design pattern and architecture.
- Due to our work nature, we require
selected candidates to sign an NDA & 1-year contract with us, this is
non-exemptible from us.
- Our employees need to go through
various security clearance steps during assignments, for example NSI, DGFI, SB
clearance etc. which is required by the client. Office will process clearance requests
on behalf of the selected candidate however it is recommended to apply only if
you have a clean background history.
- Must need to provide NOC/ Release
letter from previous organization.
